Refund policy

 

As a perfectionist, I am committed to ensuring my customers are thoroughly satisfied with their purchases. My policies are crafted with meticulous attention to detail, reflecting my dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Please read the following carefully to understand the procedures for refunds, returns, and cancellations.

Non-refundable Items

All sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the product description. Similarly, gift cards are not refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for items that are faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the product description. Since each piece of art is meticulously crafted to order on canvas, I cannot accommodate returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or color choice once the product has entered the "production" stage. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your canvas art arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. I will address your issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

  1. Contact Me: Notify me of the issue via email within 14 days of receiving your artwork. Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  2. Return Approval: Once I receive your email, I will assess the situation. If your return is approved, I will provide detailed instructions for returning the item.

  3. Returning the Item: Return the item to the specified address within 14 days of return approval. Customers are responsible for the insurance of the full value of the art painting and shipping costs of the return.

  4. Refund Issuance: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, if it meets my criteria, I will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Given the made-to-order nature of my canvas art, I can only process exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. I do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or color choice once the product has entered the "production" stage.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet entered the "production" stage. To cancel an order, contact me immediately. If the order is already in the "production" stage, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
